2. When in doubt, tell the truth about yourself to people who can listen with Zero Negativity (kindness, positivity, and respect). Reach out to them knowing you are worthy of being happy.


3. Realize if you are unhappy, it's likely you are believing a lie or having an expectation... Tune into your heart for the answer, and if unable to see clearly, reach out to a loving friend or coach to help you see the Truth.


4. Trust the process. Release any need to rush progress.  Long Lasting Results Require Intention & Daily Practice. Repeat 1,2, and 3 above Everyday.
